The Details

Updates - Caring for a 160+ year old building, while preserving its character, is an ongoing endeavor.  Recently, the kitchen was redone, the entire 1st was floor painted, lighting was upgraded, in addition to refinishing the stairs and downstairs bedroom floor.  We have many pictures on our FB page.  We know you will appreciate these efforts.  As you enjoy the property and neighborhood, please use the care you would in your own home.

• Parking for 1-2 vehicles

• Front porch, back yard patio with charcoal grill

• Hose for washing off after the beach!
